How I Can Add More Recipients To My Ticket?

When you receive an e-mail notification from PROTEI Ticketing System, check the e-mail footer if it includes "please do not send another email. Instead, reply to this email or login to your account for a complete archive of all your support requests and responses", then this email can be replied to post a response to the ticket instead of login to the system to be able to post your reply, you can add more recipients to your ticket by placing them in Cc in your email.

Note: please DO NOT reply to any e-mail from PROTEI Ticketing System unless indicated in the e-mail body. If the e-mail header includes a "DO NOT REPLY" message, then it can't be replied to.

Another way is, you can ask PROTEI support team to create a predefined list of recipients which will be used for all your tickets, so, whenever you are creating a ticket, the system will automatically add this predefined list of your colleagues to your tickets as collaborators.
